Anas Omosele BraimohLL.B, BL, MBA Corp. Gov., FCIS

Anas Braimoh is a legal Practitioner with over 35 years at the Bar. She holds an MBA in Corporate Governance and membership to a number of professional Associations and Institutes. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS), Associate, Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR), Associate (ABR) Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioner (BRIPAN), Associate, Institute of Fraud examiners, Associate, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), Associate, Toronto Centre Global Leadership in Financial Supervision and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS).

Anas is an experienced legal professional with a strong focus gained in the financial and capital market industry in Nigeria. She rose to the top of her profession as Director at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria, where she was Head, Legal Department, Procurement Department and Enforcement Department at various times in her over 19years stay at the SEC Nigeria. She has significant knowledge in financial and capital market transactions.

She has led and served in several industry national and international Committees regarding various issues concerning the economy and financial markets.

She was a member of the Board of Trustees, Investor Protection Fund (IPF) of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. She is the first Vice Chairman of the Corporate and Regulatory Counsel Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association – Session on Business Law and member of the Board of Mentors for Governance Practitioners Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

Alfred AkomolafeLL.B, BL, LL.M (Cyberlaw)

Alfred Akomolafe is a legal practitioner with over 7 years at the Bar. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in Cyber Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Alfred is an experienced legal professional with adept proficiency in E-commerce laws, Intellectual property in the digital environment laws, Cyber Crimes Law, Labour Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution practices.

Since being called to the Nigerian bar in 2016, Alfred has substantially acquired hands-on litigation and non-litigation professional experience in areas covering the oil and energy sector, real estate and construction sector as well as financial technologies. He has also been on the research team that wrote and published books in various fields, ranging from Electoral Law to the Administration of Criminal Justice.

He has also been a facilitator on trainings for prosecuting agencies targeted at improving the administration of criminal justice in Nigeria.


Frances Isi Braimoh is an experienced full cycle recruiter with five years of progressive experience in the recruitment of specialized roles (Technical /None Technical Roles) in Finance, Mining, Engineering, Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy. Tech roles included but were not limited to; full stack / DevOps / Software Engineers to Product Managers, Technical leads & Product designers across various tech -stack. Responsible for the people and process strategy of several startups in SAAS, Renewable Energy & Edutech space, between 2019 and 2021.

Frances is a qualified graduate of International Relations and Diplomacy (B.Sc.), with a Masters in Human Resources Management (M.A) London. She is a junior Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and 7 years post Chartered Experience. She assists Founders and business leaders in implementing people and process strategies that correspond with business and growth ambitions, She has been able to create productive and efficient start-ups with low attrition rates and high engagement rates by implementing effective policies and people-focused tactics.

Danielle BraimohLL.B, BL, LLM (London), ACIArb

Danielle is a meticulous and skilled compliance professional with extensive knowledge of commercial law, corporate governance, risk management and compliance, and two years of practice experience at the Nigerian Bar.

She holds an LLM in International Commercial Law and Governance, Risk Management & Compliance from the University of Hertfordshire where she obtained First Class Honors and won the prize, best graduating student, an LL.B in Law and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. She is also an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (ACIArb).

Danielle is an experienced legal professional and specializes in legal risk management and regulatory compliance, specifically in corporate governance, financial services and asset management.
